This isn't classroom learning or pre-recorded videos. You'll shadow me at actual client events, from setup to breakdown, seeing exactly how I manage timelines, handle client requests, and solve problems on the fly. You'll start with observation, then gradually take on more responsibility as your confidence grows, always with me there to guide you and answer questions in real time.

You'll learn the technical foundations: balloon selection, color theory, structure and stability, and the design techniques that make work stand out. But you'll also learn the business side that many stylists skip: how to price your services fairly, communicate with clients, manage expectations, and handle the logistics of event day. By the end of the program, you'll have a portfolio of real work, testimonials from actual clients, and the knowledge to book and execute your own events.

How It Works

1. Initial consultation: We'll talk about your goals, experience level, and what you want to get out of the program so I can tailor the mentorship to your needs.

2. Weekly training and events: You'll join me at 2-3 client events each week, learning hands-on while earning paid opportunities to offset your investment.

3. Ongoing support and portfolio building: By week 8, you'll have a complete portfolio, client testimonials, and a clear roadmap to launch your own balloon business.
